You can take your vehicle to be serviced at most major manufacturer franchises. We recommend that you take your vehicle to a franchised dealer for your make/model of vehicle during your warranty period to ensure your warranty remains valid under the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Refer to your manufacturer vehicle servicing handbook for more information.
SG Fleet has an established network of thousands of approved merchants nationwide, including dealerships, mechanical repair centres, major tyre outlets, specialist repairers, automotive glass replacement and roadside assistance services. Visit the Service locator on our website to find your nearest provider.
First step is to find the nearest SG Fleet provider (see above). When booking your car in, please advise the provider that you are an SG Fleet customer. This will ensure the provider calls our Maintenance Authorisation Team for an order number before starting work on your car. The number is 1300 658 235.
Yes, if your lease includes registration renewals. When you receive your renewal notice for payment, you’ll need to log in to your Fleetintelligence account and submit a request for payment to be made by SG Fleet (provided sufficient funds are available at the time of your request).
If your lease does not include annual renewals, you will still receive an email from SG Fleet to remind you to pay your registration renewal when it falls due.
At the end of your lease, any surplus funds will be returned to your employer via your payroll and will be subject to income tax payable.
The residual value is the amount that remains owing on the car at the end of the lease contract, including GST. Minimum residual values are set by the ATO (Australian Tax Office).
Once the term of the lease has expired, you’ll need to pay the residual value directly to the financier. You also have the option to re-finance the lease for a further term.
