To login for the first time:
Once you are logged in, you can perform several functions including:
View your account balance.
From the Fleetintelligence home page, you will be able to see the fund balance widget. Your current balance will be displayed. This balance reflects the amounts paid to us by your employer, less your novated lease expenses.
From the Fleetintelligence home page, you will be able to see the widgets for your Fuel Budget or Maintenance Budget. There are icons in the top right-hand corner of each widget. Click these to view or download more detailed information on your maintenance
and fuel expense transactions.
Please be aware that your expenses generally take 1-2 business days to be reflected in your account balance and transaction history. There may be some exceptions due to supplier invoicing delays.
What if I have more than one vehicle with SG Fleet?
Just select the relevant registration from the drop down towards the top right-hand corner of the home page. The widgets will refresh and display the information related to your selected registration
Submit a reimbursement request.
Please ensure your bank details are correct, and that your account balance has enough funds to cover the expense. You will also need a photo of the corresponding tax receipt to upload as a supporting document. You can submit multiple claims at once.
